Mindful Yoga Flow

Wind down your day with a motivational mid-week flow designed to both strengthen and soothe the mind and body. In this open level class, we will focus on cultivating concentration, identifying strengths, and combining mindful intentions with focused action and rest. Practice flow yoga while picking up tools for self awareness, healthy choices, and personal development. At the end of class, we will slow down with restorative poses and guided relaxation.
