An eight week women’s group focused on self care, skill building, and emotional health.  Weekly topics include healthy thinking, coping with stress, assertiveness, boundaries, and self-care.  Meet others who are ready to make positive changes to their minds, relationships, and daily lives.  Positively Me is recommended for women interested in building a resilient and healthy mind necessary for coping with anxiety, depression, and stress.
